(1.5-hour session)
Discover the 4 Threads of Conscious Connectedness and how they build a strong, stable foundation, foster growth, and elicit true connectedness. Begin to inspect how your organization rests in each of these areas, as well as where there could be some perfecting.
Explore
(4-hour session)
Explore more fully each of the 4 Threads of Conscious Connectedness. Learn the foundation they form and how your organization and its leaders are able to grow in each area; by receiving tools and guidance for integrating the teachings, they will become embodied practices within your organization.
Experience
(two 8-hour sessions)
Experience the organization’s values and growth opportunities in each of the 4 Threads of Conscious Connectedness, how to embody each area as an organization through exercises and experiences, and receive a course of action toward personal, team, and organizational development.
Expand
(four 4-hour sessions)
Surface, gather, and allow wisdom of the 4 Threads of Conscious Connectedness to permeate across your company as you allow the expansive teachings of the Experience Offering to settle within the individual and radiate throughout the company over the course of time (recommended to complete within 4 weeks).
